This is an office based role (not a call centre) and an opportunity to be part of a small team for a great company.
 
We are recruiting for an enthusiastic Sales Person for our head office based in Chadderton! 
 
If you are great on the telephone and able to get our existing customers excited about the products we sell, then we would love to hear from you.
 
In return for your hard work and commitment you will be rewarded with some great benefits:
 
Salary: starting at £20,000 per annum basic with OTE of £23,000 (Uncapped)
Hours: 38 per week (Monday – Thursday: 8.30am to 5pm, Friday: 8.30am – 3pm – Early finish Friday !!!)

Aim of the role:
 
Due to continuing growth, we are recruiting for a confident, outgoing and articulate salesperson to join our small, but expanding team. The role is totally office based and is entirely “business to business”. We are looking for a passionate, committed candidate who wants to succeed, enjoying the rewards that come from picking up the phone and wants to have good fun along the way.  
 
Key responsibilities:
 

  • Building and maintaining relationships with customer base in order to increase revenue
  • Identify and contact new potential customers within your given customer base
  • Work to performance related targets and achievable sales targets
  • Up-selling and direct selling to existing customer base.
  • Maintain internal database and CRM system.

Production Administrator (30 Hours Per Week)  

About Us

Our Client is based in Chadderton Oldham, they are a UK manufacturers of locker room benches, wire mesh storage lockers, security lockers, gas cylinder cages, partitions and heating guards.

Pay Rates: £10.70p/h                              
Days of Work: Monday to Friday 30 Hours Per Week Must be flexible with hours   
 
About the Role
 
We are recruiting for an experienced Production Administrator to work on a Part time basis Monday to Friday 30 Hours Per Week, the ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role and must be flexible with hours as you may be required for early starts, late finishes as required to cover any overtime. 
 
Main Duties
 

  • Maintain and update the production schedule.
  • Adding new Sales Orders.
  • Sending Order confirmations and estimated delivery dates, by email.
  • Deleting Sales orders from the schedule, which have completed and been despatched.
  • To liaise with Estimating, Sales, Production and Despatch, with updates.
  • Matching Sales Order and delivery documentation for completed goods.
  •  
  • Ordering materials and parts, via Purchase order system.
  • Purchase orders for ‘finishing’ the manufactured goods.
  • Stocktaking and ordering consumables for bathrooms and kitchen.
  • Matching Purchase order with delivery note paperwork with invoices, with attention to detail.
  •  
  • Administration assistance with despatch of goods, when the warehouse is busy.
  • Processing Sales Orders, printing delivery documents.
  • Sending despatch confirmations to customers.
  • Liaising with Sales for delivery queries and updates.
  • Monitor low stocks for replenishments.
  • Arrange Transport and deal with queries from couriers.

What we need from you

 

  • Have strong communication skills both verbal and written.
  • Have the ability to multi task and prioritise tasks.
  • Be enthusiastic, self-motivated and proactive.
  • Be a strong team player.
  • Have previous experience working on a Counterbalance Truck
  • Have a current in date certified Licence (we can not accept inhouse licences)

Our client is looking for a Warehouse Manager, the ideal candidate will be required to manage the warehouse on their own, this is a hands-on role where you will be required to be a versatile self-starter. You must have experience in all aspects of warehousing, leading a small team along with Excel skills.

We are recruiting for an administrator to work for our busy office in Denton. 

The ideal candidate with have strong administration skills and also understand new business procedures.

Your main day to day duties will include but not be limited to the following....

 

  • Provide administration support to the BDU team
  • Send Welcome Packsto new customers
  • Process rebate letters for customers
  • Monitoring and using CRM
  • Handling distribution of marketing flyers
  • Contact customers who have submitted incomplete application forms with a view to resolving the issues
  • Arrange samples/brochures/presenters direct to ASMs as necessary
  • Vetting new accounts - verify and set up new accounts, contact customers and arrange brochures samples to go out; after first order placed pass on to internal BDC
  • Database cleansing
  • Set up new customers on the Access system and online ordering
  • ADM scanning and filing
  • Ad Hoc Admin      


You will need strong administration & PC skills and have a confident telephone manner.
