Job Description

Xpress solutions are currently recruiting for a Purchase Ledger Clerk in the Oldham area
 
Responsibilities:

  • Process high volume supplier invoices using sage
  • Chasing outstanding approvals and invoices
  • Carrying out supplier statement reconciliations
  • Dealing with supplier queries
  • Assisting with payments
  • Must be computer literate and fully conversant with word, excel and sage line 50 

 
Skills & Experience

  • Previous experience in a similar role and in an accounts function
  • Must have Sage line 50 experience
  • Professional approach
  • Excellent communication skills both written and spoken
  • Be well organised with great attention to detail
  • Must be able to work well under pressure


Hours of work will be Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm
