We are currently recruiting for a Spanish speaking Customer Service Agent to join a leading sportswear company based in Middleton.

You must be fluent in both Spanish and English and be confident dealing with queries via telephone or email in either language.

Location: Middleton Manchester
Pay Rate: £8.76 OT Will be available over 37.5 Hours
Shift Patterns Available:
 
Sunday to Thursday 08:00 to 16:00
Tuesday to Saturday 09:00 to 17:00

Duties will include:
  • Responding to inbound calls from customers and clients
  • Processing order details onto the computer system
  • Liaising with customers in both Spanish and English either via the telephone or e mail. 
  • Checking product availability 
  • Chasing delivery information
This is an ongoing position possibly leading to permanent contract. Our ideal candidate will have previous experience within a call centre environment.
