Job Description

We are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Agent to join a leading Fashion company based in Manchester.

Main duties will include:
 

  • Taking orders over the phone
  • Taking down customer information & data
  • General customer service
  • All inbound customer service

 
Location: Manchester
Days of work: Monday to Friday
Hours of work: 09:30 to 17:30
Payrate: £8.21-£8.50ph

Duties will include:

 

 

 

  • Responding to inbound calls from customers and clients
  • Processing order details onto the computer system
  • Liaising with customers in both German and English either via the telephone or e mail. 
  • Checking product availability 
  • Chasing delivery information


The working hours are Monday - Friday between 8:00am and 8:00pm, however you may be required to work either Saturday or Sunday 9:00am-5:00pm.

This is an ongoing position possibly leading to permanent contract. Our ideal candidate will have previous experience within a call centre environment..
