Job Description

We are currently recruiting for an Accounts Assistant to cover Maternity Leave (approx 9-12 months) for our Client based in Droylsden.

Hours of work:

Monday to Friday 0800-1700

Duties will include:

  • Accounts payable
  • Reconciliations
  • Purchase orders
  • Journals
  • Update internal accounting databases/spreadsheets
  • Contact clients to ensure timely payments
  • General Admin duties

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Advanced knowledge of Sage and Microsoft Office
