We are currently recruiting for a Spanish speaking Customer Service Agent to join a leading sportswear company based in Middleton. You must be fluent in both Spanish and English, and be confident dealing with queries via telephone or email in either language.

Customer Service 
 
We are looking for amazing people with exceptional customer service skills, to work in our inbound customer service contact centre in Middleton, close to Chadderton in Oldham.

You will be representing some of the world’s most iconic sporting brands such as Manchester United, Manchester City and McLaren F1 Racing, to name but a few. So we want people with great energy, and a passion for delivering a warm quality service that matches the status of these amazing brands.

Customer Service, Call Centre, Contact Centre or similar experience would be desirable but not essential. Whatever your  background or work experience we want to hear from you, as we are an equal opportunities employer, and provide full training so that you can meet the challenges of the role. 

We need you to be hardworking, dedicated and also flexible for shift patterns.
Shift:    Various hours available between 8am and 8pm 
Days:    Monday to Friday must be able to work a saturday or a sunday with a day off in the week 
Salary: £8.21p/h
Overtime: £12.46p/h

Working for the UK’s leading B2B and consumer electronics repair, refurbishment and return-to-market, service company. The business is based upon supporting major manufacturers and retailers who need to maximise revenue from returned customer purchases.
Easy to reach location via Bus, Tram or Road, with free onsite parking available.
Job Location: Hollinwood, Oldham                           
Pay Rates: £8.21
Days of Work: Monday to Friday with 1 weekend in every 4*
*Once training has been completed, you will be compensated with days off during the week                     

About the role 


The role will be to provide a Simple, Fast and Friendly service from our modern and vibrant offices. You will receive an induction through the companies Training Academy. 
On a daily basis you will be offering a high level of service quality via both telephone and email. Working with a well-established and talented team who will be there to help and support you every step of the way.

Specifics

  • Handle inbound customer service calls and emails
  • Building great rapport with all customers
  • Manage the expectation of the customers
  • Enter new customer information into system and update existing customer information
  • Process customer orders
  • Answer and resolve queries

What we need from you

 

  • Have strong communication skills both verbal and written.
  • Have the ability to multi task and prioritise tasks.
  • Be enthusiastic, self-motivated and proactive.
  • Be willing to ask for help when needed.
  • Be a strong team player.
  • Have previous experience working in a customer service environment
